Toca Doctor | great educational app for kids and toddlers

We want to show you one of the most popular doctors games on the AppStore: Toca Doctor.
Toca Boca has certainly convinced ourselves once again with another fantastic kids app.
They really know how to make good kids apps – fun is guaranteed!

With Toca doctors, children will learn about the human body and the health problems that can occur, in a fun and entertaining way.

When the little doctor is pressed, a child-patient is shown and the doctor examines the child. Unfortunately (but lucky for the kids to be able to play the game) he finds some health problems.

The children can then choose one of the health issues and help the patient solve their problem.
There are 20 mini-games and anatomy puzzles all together, waiting to be solved.

Wether you’re injecting a syringe or removing the  caries of the teeth, funny noises and animations are accompanying the medical process.

Once all of the tasks are solved, the kids receive a bonus level, where they can renew their medical instruments and bandages, which are inside their doctors case.

Although Toca Boca uses a lot of abstract illustrations, the kids can still learn all the important medical fact and the human anatomy really easily.

Some of the levels should be played with parents at first, as some health issues may need a bit of explaining i.e. why things need to be done that way, or just plain explanations to what has happened to the patient.

Perhaps your child has already experienced one or two of the health treatments (having a splinter removed) and is familiar with the situation.

I think this kids app is a great and fun way to educate your child, as it can relate with it’s own experience and you can have some really interesting conversations with them, as to why, how and what to do next.

Toca Doctor is certainly a perfect doctors-game kids app and should not be missing in your kids app collection.
