Ben on the Bus – Animated City Tour | Seek & Find app for toddlers
✔ iPad | toddlers app
Happy Touch has produced their very first Seek and Find app for toddlers “Ben on the Bus”, which has been studded with lots of animations on many beautiful Seek & Find landscapes. Why we prefer this app to the latest new app releases in this area, you’ll find out in our review now.
Ben on the Bus is a child-safe Freemium app for the iPad. You’ll find more information about this at the bottom.
An eventful Bus Tour through the City
The everyday experiences are one of the most fun things in life for children and toddlers and this fact has been wonderfully achieved in this app. Starting off at the Bus station, Ben takes an adventurous ride through the City with his mum, where he discovers many exciting things. If you’re willing to treat your kids with the full version, you’ll have the bus stopping at six different bus stops. This is how children get to the different, beautiful seek and find pictures.
Example picture: The Playground
Our first stop is the Playground, where lot’s of children are already swinging on the swings, sliding on the slide and playing in the sandbox. The mothers are watching their children and the good looking football trainer, who’s standing next to the goal. Whether you tap on the playing kids, the toys, or the birds in the trees – lots of animations and sounds are waiting to be discovered. If kids have seen enough of the picture, they can simply get back on the bus and drive off to the next stop – another great seek & find adventure picture.
Next stop – the Circus
The ringmaster is already greeting and welcoming the guests at the entrance and many animals are already standing in their positions, ready for their performances at the show. A typical Circus ring atmosphere is spread by the funny Circus music and by the Clowns trumpets. In this picture, children can also tap on all of the objects, animals and people and let them come to life. The monkey is steeling the ringmaster’s top-hat, the giraffe is stretching it’s head from out of the cage, whilst Ben’s mother redeems the admission tickets at the ticket counter.
Child-safe Freemium app including in-app purchases
Ben on the Bus is a child-friendly Freemium app, which means that kids can use the free area without coming across the offered in-app purchases. Two scenes (Playground and Ben’s home) can be played for free, the full version costs $2.99. You can also buy each scene separately – which we would never do, because we don’t like portioned in-app purchases.
Video trailer on YouTube of Ben on the Bus
In our video trailer we quickly skip through all of the different seek and find pictures – even a quick stop at the gas station, or a visit to the construction site, or even the animal clinic and Ben’s home. We’ve also tried out all of the animations for you to get an idea of what to expect.
Ben on the Bus | toddlers app rating
Ben on the Bus drives off to the kids apps charts, we’re pretty sure about that. The app simply offers everything that parents miss in other seek and find apps for their children: lots of content, various different landscapes and scenes and lots of animations and interesting sounds. Even on their way from one bus stop to the next, there are still many things to discover. The game is truly a sightseeing tour around the City and we are simply amazed!
